Due to family health reasons it is time for me to downsize. I plan to continue creating in fabric but more in an exclusive line.
I also plan to paint more, teach art classes again, walk more, eat better, bicycle a lot and just generally taking more time to enjoy the finer things in life. Like…. Breathe!!!
So many things give me such pleasure.. yesterday I stopped during our walk to fully enjoy the snow on the mountains… then later in the day I got out of my car and stopped again to completely love the colours of fall all around me. I know my neighbours are not impressed that I have no intention of raking up these gorgeous leaves and I thrill at the crunch under my feet. My husband yearly does finally succumb and rakes them up (a sad day of loss for me). Oh, that same day a heron standing on a rock also gave me pause to enjoy.
As an artist I can surely go on and on with the beautiful joys of life and not the least of which is when I create in fabrics and the total pleasure I receive when woman try on my garments and know they look and feel simply amazing.
OK. Back to my pop up. I have been creating some new and magnificent pieces for Circle Craft and can’t wait for this spectacular market. However, I have a true abundance of amazing one of a kind garments that are ready to have a new home with you. I usually have a blow out sale every year but the troubles of the world in the past few years has had me gathering my precious fabulous pieces. As I am downsizing now, I am almost giving these original, made by me, garments away. Bring a friend or two and share the deal if you like. Think Christmas shopping.
